The Historic Offshore Race Boat Association....HORBA...will be at the Miami Boat show next week...please stop by and say hello.

We appreciate your support in our efforts to save and restore the old race boats.

One of our members just bought the old 41 foot Warpath...the Apache that HORBA Board Member Bobby Saccenti throttled to many a win back in the days.

Yes, the same one. Sorry Ben, I have been so busy trying to get the new section of the site and the tribute to Don Aronow going in time for his birthday, I haven't been on the board much lately.

The new owner is a customer of HORBA board member Pepe Nunez, the owner of Pantera. They flew up to Massachusetts from Miami and gave the boat a quick go over and fired up the enggines in 18 degree F weather no less. The man bought it on the spot. He also owns the Yellow Warpath Apache.

Hopefully both boats will be at the April get together in Florida of all the old race boats that are running.
