BananaShark 24 race boat – current holder of the Formula One (Now Rib Sport Professional) speed record at 91.57mph. Complete with low hours Mercury 2.5 Offshore 280hp, the boat is very comfortable at running in the mid eighties offshore in a force three to four.
Driver instruments: Water pressure, GPS repeater, Tacho, Lifter and trim led gauge by Stainless Marine. Trim and lifter on stalks. Foot throttle by “Incontrol”, Gear control by Salmon.
Navigator instruments: Water pressure, Garmin GPS, Bilge pump switch, Bow tank pump out, Bow tank fill.
160 litre fuel tank, 150 litre bow tank, seats and bases as well as navigators station all removeable for maintenance, Stainless Marine Gorilla Lifter and BananaShark bracket, special BananaShark modified Sportmaster gearbox with lab finished prop.
Designed by Lorne Campbell built by BananaShark and winner of 2005 Formula One National Championship with many wins at National level in both the Rib and Class III 2 litre classes. Also success at European and World level with podium finishes in Class III.
Also supplied, anchor, single heavy duty axle trailer, cockpit cover, pair of helmets with integrated Intercom system with an option on safety equipment for the class you intend to race.
