Saw this today. Looks like it is ex-military. Doe's anyone have any ideas as to who might have built it?

military,yes,built in USA. They are for sale once in a while. The funny paint on the sides is from where they ran a forklift through them to render them useless but some people patch them (poorly) and resell them. I saw one out here where they used cardboard to back the fiberglass to fill the holes.

So what's wrong with a bit of cardboard. I remember using beer cans to fix the exhaust system on my Roadrunner! :eek:

You needed to run good beer cans like Tuborg and put the hoseclamp right on the hole to get any life out of the patch:D
