Are there plans for TV coverage in the States?

Jim O'Toole is probably the best guy to answer but I'm pretty sure that SpeedVision/Fox Sports are planning to take the series. Last year they ran the races in the autumn (or fall) and it worked well as the nights are cold, wet and windy and the time slots were good. Also the US boat race scene isn't exactly buzzing and none of the OSS or SBI races are on any decent cable or satellite network from what I hear so P1 has a captive audience. Having Martin Sanborn, well known on the US race circuit for his race site radio and TV commentaries, as part of the P1 TV and radio team with Tiff Needell and Steve Anscell is a good move on behalf of P1 as they attempt to show the US how the west was won!
