Sorry on the quality of the pics - the light was a bit strange in there...or was it the champagne....

Like to keep a low profile Rupert - sorry I missed you!

I wanted to stay out of the way of the photographer with the well fitting jeans!

Wow, what a concept. A boat show in the UK that actually has some interesting boats. Hasn't happened in years.

Nice pics Rupert.

Ben,

The boat in the second to last picture that I posted (the 'tiga') looks very similar to a boat you sell (I think) - the catalogue looks identical too, what is it in america? or am I just mistaken?

It was very nice to see some powerboats for once and even though my choice would probably be the fountain RB boat or the bladerunner, the Riva's were simply stunning. David Dimbleby (sp.?) was looking at the one on the left, my cousin had a look round inside, I didn't get a chance as was looking at the other boats.

They are American built Tige boats. They specialise in ski and wake boarding boats. The Sea Rays I sell here have similar looking "activity towers" but are really all-rounders.

The Earls Court Boat Show was a great concept, any of us lucky enough to experience the "Press Day", enjoyed it.
Unfortunately, punters have not been coming through the turnstiles.
There are no "big ticket" boats to look at, it's £16 to get in, just before Christmas it's a steep price to pay to look at the latest small boats and RIB's

Very true - even with the £4 off on the website £12 ($24) is too much for what isn't an exceptional show, however nice it is to see the biggest line up of powerboats in a uk show, it still is quite small and the advertising had been terrible :(

Remember it Rupert!

It will never happen again in my life time!

That was a "one off!"

I hope not :(

It will take changes within the sport for continuation of these events though.

Might be a "two off" or "three off". Remember David Sewell's powerboat shows in the early 90s. I always enjoyed them - even exhibited there twice!
