A serious UK challenge for 2007 Evolution title!
RaceteamSkater UK pilots Richard Carr and Paul Sinclair will race a brand new Skater 399, fitted with Chief engines and Arneson surface drives, in the 2007 Powerboat P1 World Championship.
The boat, currently under construction in carbon/kevlar epoxy composite at the Skater HQ in Douglas, Michigan, is the first all-British entry in Evolution, a class traditionally dominated by the top Italian race teams.
RaceteamSkater UK may be the new kids on the P1 block but, from the crew through to the Technical Director and Team Manager, Mark Pascoe, they are one of the most experienced racing teams in international powerboating with countless years of racing know-how from Class III offshore to Class I offshore.
Team sponsors and boat livery will be announced shortly... stay 'tuned' to PowerboatP1.com for further updates!
